2. Description of Service

Lucido LLC, doing business as Another Doctor, provides a specialist connection service that:

• Analyzes your medical information to create a plain-English Case Brief
• Identifies relevant medical specialists with experience in your condition
• Facilitates introductions between you and specialists
• Provides navigation support throughout the process

3. What We Promise

Our Service Guarantee

• We guarantee introductions to at least 2 specialists relevant to your case within 30 days
• If we cannot deliver these introductions, you receive a full refund
• We promise access and clarity—not medical outcomes
• All specialists are board-certified and have relevant expertise

What We Don't Promise

• That specialists will have different opinions or treatment options
• Any specific medical outcomes or improvements
• That specialists will accept you as a patient
• Insurance coverage for specialist consultations

4. Pricing and Refund Policy

Service Fee

• Specialist Matching: $99 (one-time flat fee)
• Concierge Service: $199 (includes enhanced navigation support)
• All fees are clearly disclosed before payment
• No hidden costs or recurring charges

Money-Back Guarantee

If we cannot provide at least 2 relevant specialist introductions within 30 days of your payment, you will receive a full refund. No questions asked.

5. Your Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete medical information
• Upload legible medical records and reports
• Respond to follow-up communications in a timely manner
• Use the service for legitimate medical consultation purposes only
• Not share your account access with others
• Notify us of any changes to your contact information

6. Data Protection and Privacy

Automatic Data Deletion

All your medical records and protected health information are permanently deleted immediately after you confirm your specialist match. Only minimal billing information is retained for tax compliance.

Privacy Rights

You may request immediate deletion of your information at any time by contacting privacy@another.doctor.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to:

• Seek emergency medical care (call 911 or go to an emergency room)
• Obtain controlled substances or prescription medications
• Submit false or misleading medical information
• Harass or inappropriately contact specialists
• Use the service for anyone other than yourself without consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our matching algorithms

8. Specialist Relationships

Important clarifications:

• Another Doctor is not affiliated with or employed by the specialists we connect you with
• We do not receive compensation from specialists or healthcare institutions
• Specialist consultations are separate transactions between you and the specialist
• We cannot guarantee specialist availability or acceptance of new patients

9. Limitation of Liability

Another Doctor's liability is limited to the amount you paid for our service ($99 or $199). We are not responsible for:

• Medical decisions made by you or healthcare providers
• Specialist consultation fees or travel expenses
• Outcomes of medical treatments or procedures
• Delays in specialist responses or availability
• Technical issues beyond our reasonable control

10. Service Availability

While we strive for 100% uptime, our service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

11. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue aspects of our service with reasonable notice
• Update these Terms of Service (we'll notify you by email)
• Adjust pricing for future customers (existing commitments honored)

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [State]. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court litigation, except for small claims court matters.
